Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Refund Policy – Liquid Luxx Mobile Bartending To secure your event date with Liquid Luxx, a deposit is required and the following policy applies: 📅 Booking Deposit A 30% deposit of the total service cost is due at the time of booking. Your date is not reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed in writing. Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo and Cash 💳 Final Payment The remaining balance is due in full no later than 7 days prior to your event date. If full payment is not received by the deadline, Liquid Luxx reserves the right to cancel services and the deposit will be forfeited. ❌ Refund Policy All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and prevent others from booking that time. In the rare event that Liquid Luxx must cancel, a full refund of the deposit and any payments made will be issued immediately. If you choose to cancel after booking, your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges if supplies or staffing have already been secured. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days in advance may be honored with no penalty. Rescheduling within 14 days may result in additional fees, depending on staffing and supply commitments.
